MINDFULNESS IN THE CLASSROOM
We teach an 8 lesson program which teaches students an introduction to mindfulness for TK thru 5th Grade. Â They learn different aspects of Mindfulness to bring awareness to their breath, thoughts, emotions, and body sensations, cultivate gratitude and loving kindness for a healthy well being.
MINDFULNESS FOR TEACHERS, PARENTS AND CAREGIVERS
We provide self care practices for teachers, parents and caregivers through yoga and meditation.
